"Parking made the whole trip feel easier"
I felt relieved by how easy the parking was. I found a spot right away, got in and out quickly, and didn’t have that usual stress of circling around wondering if I’d be late. It just made the whole experience feel smoother

"Bakery order was disappointing"
I ordered a few bakery items from Central Market and thought they’d be better. The muffins were dry, and the croissants tasted like they’d been sitting out for a while. The cake looked nice at first, but the frosting was way too sweet and the inside was kind of crumbly. I thought about reaching out to customer service, but I don’t really trust that it would go anywhere besides a generic response. It wasn’t the worst bakery order I’ve ever had, but for the price, I probably wouldn’t order these items again.

"Dependable grocery delivery"
I’ve ordered from centralmarket a handful of times now, the delivery has been really dependable. The driver usually shows up within the window, and even when it’s closer to the end, my order still gets here when they said it would. Cold items have stayed cold, and I haven’t had anything missing so far. It’s just nice not having to stress about whether my groceries are actually going to show up, if that makes sense. Nothing fancy, just reliable, and that’s exactly what I needed

"Helpful staff, but I felt a bit misled"
The staff definitely knows their stuff and they were helpful when I had questions. That said, I did leave feeling a little misled because what I expected based on what I was told didn’t quite match the actual experience.

"I’ll admit, the place has a pretty..."
I’ll admit, the place has a good atmosphere and I did enjoy being there. The only thing is the aisles can get a bit crowded, which makes it feel a little hectic at times. Still, I guess it’s not a dealbreaker.

"Long wait and missing items again"
Had to wait quite a while for my order, and when I finally got it, a few items were missing again. The way it was handled made it feel like they weren’t really surprised or too concerned, which was frustrating. I get that places get busy, but this has happened more than once now.

"Pretty smooth, though I felt a little stuck at one point"
Checkout on centralmarket.com was mostly fine. My cart loaded without any issues and the payment went through smoothly, which was a relief. The only part that made me feel a bit trapped was the pickup time, it wasn’t super clear at first, so I had to go back and double-check it before moving on. Not a huge deal, just a little annoying in the moment. Overall, it worked well enough and I’d probably use it again

"I do like shopping here overall, but..."
I do like shopping here overall, but the online stock is really hit or miss. I’ll be making my grocery list and notice the exact things I need, like the yogurt flavor I always get or the same bag of rice I buy every week, are suddenly out of stock. It’s not the end of the world, but when I’m trying to plan meals ahead, those little missing items throw everything off a bit

"Decent layout, but finding stuff can be tricky"
The navigation is alright overall, and I can usually get around without too much trouble. But some of the aisles are just hard to find sometimes, like, hard to find hard to find. It’s not a huge issue, but it could definitely be a bit easier.

"Easy to Use, But I Felt a Bit Misled"
I ordered groceries from Central Market online and the process itself was simple. The search worked well, checkout was fast, and I was able to change my pickup time without any confusion, even on my phone. That said, I did feel a little misled because everything looked super clear at first, but a few details didn’t feel as straightforward once I got further along. I’d probably use it again, but I’d pay closer attention next time

"Not as fresh as I expected"
I ordered some berries and a salad mix, and they showed up looking tired. The berries were already soft, and the greens were kind of wilted. Delivery itself was fine, but I expected better freshness from Central Market. Just disappointing.

"Great Quality Overall"
I was happy with my order. The steaks were really good and nicely cut, and the salmon tasted fresh and flavorful. One pack of shrimp did have a bit of a stronger smell than I expected, so I’d keep an eye on that, but overall everything still felt like better quality than what I usually find at most grocery stores. I’d feel comfortable ordering again.

I had an issue with my order and customer service got back to me fast. They were really nice, explained what was going on, and fixed it without making it feel like a huge deal. it made the whole thing way less stressfull.

To be fair, the floors did look clean when I was there. I didn’t notice any obvious dirt or mess, and it seemed like they’re keeping up with the basic cleaning well.

"I grab prepared meals from Central Market…"
I grab prepared meals from Central Market when I really don’t feel like cooking, and most of the time they’re good. The food usually tastes fresh and the sides are actually flavorful, which I appreciate. That said, some of the meals feel a little pricey for the portion size, so if something misses the mark, I’d expect some kind of credit or compensation. Overall it’s been a solid option, but the value could be better.

"I like this place a lot…"
I like this place a lot for the specialty stuff, especially the cheeses and sauces. It’s kinda one of those spots where I go in looking for one thing and then end up grabbing something random for dinner too. Ordering is simple, nothing confusing or annoying, so that helps.
